2009 Quilty Goals

Besides my 2009 Stashbusting Pledge, I have come up with a couple other quilty goals for the new year.

• Make a feathered star (either a block or the center for Patchwork Party top). I've always wanted to make one but just haven't gotten around to it.
• Make a project that has Y-seams. I have several PIGS that I've put off starting because they have Y-seams. It's time for me to JUST DO IT!
• Make a tote bag
• Work on one paper-piece top (Diamond Jubilee or Hawaiian Star)
• Organize scraps similar to Bonnie Hunter's scrap system.
• Work on Christmas projects throughout the year!!!
• Finish Patchwork Party Summer 2008 top
• I know I can't go all year without buying fabric or other quilty items so I'm proposing to "Low" buy (keep it to a minimum) fabrics and supplies.
