First I finished Apple Cider Medallion Block #4.
Then I finished quilting the 30s Pinwheel Stars top. I've taken it off of the frame, but still have to cut and piece the binding strips. I grabbed the next project, pieced the backing for Snapshots In the Pink and got the backing loaded to the frame.
In between my breaks of watching the girl's bball games, I worked on paper-piecing the Washington Medallion BOM feathered star. This is how far I got today.
Here is a (not so great) picture of the Recipe for Friendship top I finished yesterday. I must have accidentally turned a couple of the blocks because there are some noticeable spots where the same fabrics are next to each other. I'm not ripping it apart. I was thinking about combining this fabric collection with the Baskets of Friends FQs that I just got but decided I'll use those FQs for the backing. I might piece that together tomorrow.
That's it for today. The rest of the night you can find me on the couch watching bball!!!

Yum! I love both those blocks. Those colors are amazing. Seeing you put them together suggests to me that you and I have different piecing styles. I like the way your's are turning out and need to expand my methods.
Has Riley had a birthday party? And he is how old?
What gorgeous blocks! Are you doing the Washington Medallion from The Quilt Show?
