Melbourne Pullover Yarn

Last week I ordered yarn for my next sweater project from KnitPicks.  This is my first time ordering yarn from them, but I've ordered books and needles from them already.  The only "issue" I have with them is that it usually takes a week for my package to go from Ohio to Wisconsin.   So I purposely ordered the yarn last Monday because I was going to be gone last weekend.  Well guess what?  It arrived "early" while we were on our weekend getaway.  So I guess I need to order yarn in order for it to get here faster.  lol

Here is Wool in the Andes worsted yarn in the Mink Heather colorway.  I ordered a light yarn so the knitted design would show better.  I'm not sure when I'm going to cast on yet.  I think I would like to finish my alligator sock first, which I am just past the heel.

The pattern is Melbourne Pullover from the Creative Knitting magazine.  I haven't decided yet if it will be for my hubby or my brother.

And for those of you who check my blog for quilty content, I actually did get more 9 patches made today.  I think I figured 84 of 121 are done.  I'm going to take a little break from the 9 patches and work on the stars this weekend.  I will have post pictures of my progress this weekend.
