July Accomplishments

Since it was too darn hot to knit, I got quite a bit more sewing time this month.  Considering a week and a half of vacation with hubby (so no real "crafting" time), I'd say I got a lot done in July.
  • Spent 35 hours sewing
  • Finished "B" blocks on Memorial Day QOV
  • Pieced Memorial Day QOV border #3
  • Sewed all borders on Memorial Day QOV
  • Memorial Day QOV is now a flimsie
  • Pieced Morning Splash border #3
  • Sewed borders 3, 4 & 5 on Morning Splash
  • Morning Splash is now a flimsie
  • Added corner triangles to feathered star on Washington Medallion
  • Started and finished Step 2 on Washington Medallion
  • Started and finished Step 3 on Washington Medallion
  • Started Step 4 on Washington Medallion (1 set of 6 flying geese and 4 single blocks)
  • Pieced fall table topper
  • Made a fall Snoopy pillowcase
  • Spent 12 hours knitting (really the majority of it was untangling yarn)
  • Cast on Caramello (a shawl for my aunt)
  • Finished reading Dead to Rights
  • Started reading Dirty Water
