Cruel Joke

Let me set the scene:

Two weeks ago:  Temperatures with wind chills below zero.

Last week:  Temperatures in the upper 30s to low 40s.  The driveway was clear of snow and ice.

Today into tomorrow:  We could get 12-15 inches.  I am soooo ready for Spring!

I'm right with you. Yesterday it started raining on our way home from the grocery store...daughter came home a few hours later because it was snowing sideways...woke up to 5 inches this AM and it's still snowing sideways. Church then sewing, sewing, sewing!

LOL....
Yup!
Still waiting for the first flake----the system slowed a bit I think. It just hit the Twin Cities a bit ago, so I expect it to start hitting within the next couple of hours.

As a coworker stated though...."we're gonna get robbed of another snow day." (we don't have school tomorrow due to Pres. Day.

Someone asked if they could look for anything for me at the Mid Atlantic quilt show this weekend. OH YES! I want blooming tulips. Sunshine with warm gentle breezes. Green grass. I'm tired of winter too. I SWEAR I'm gonna leave my husband next year and winter somewhere down south!
