On the Needles - 3/8/13
The body is complete, and I've finally reached sleeve island. It's delightfully warm and sunny here which is good because I may be here a while. The first sleeve is about 6 inches long from where I picked up the stitches. If I ever want to get off the island, I better get off this computer and get knitting!

It's looking great. And the sleeves go faster than you think, yet take longer than you expect. Yes, I realise that's clear as mud, but I figure you know what I mean. Maybe :)
I've always done sweaters in pieces. Does the body of the sweater make doing the sleeves harder because the weight is pulling on the working needles?
I like the pattern of that sweater a lot.
