On the Needles - 5/15/15
It's starting to look like a baby blanket now. There are around 140 sts per side right now. Originally I had thought of only knitting 2 more stripes (to complete the repeat) which would make it approximately 40 x 40. But I think I should knit at least one more repeat. That way hopefully the parents will be able to use it longer. What do you think? What would be a good size?

Great baby blanket! I tend to make my baby quilts on the bigger side for the reason you stated. They can be used for a longer period of time. Yours is beautiful.
Such a nice baby blanket! If you can stand it, I think it would be smart to make it slightly bigger.
