In Need of A Group & Sponsor

I need to join a YA (Yarnaholics Anonymous) group, and I'm looking for a sponsor to talk me out of poking buttons.  I see another addiction starting to take form, or maybe it's a replacement for my fabric addiction.  My name is Amy, and I bought more sock yarn this week.  My hubby is going to have me committed if I make him stop at quilt AND yarn shops when we go on vacation.

Ironically, I haven't even made one sock yet.  I think Jill's excitement about her sock class has rubbed off on me.  (No, I'm not blaming Jill...OK, maybe a little.  I think it's great that she's excited.)  Anyway, I won't have to wait much longer though since my sock class is this coming Thursday.  I'm hoping I catch the Socks Pox!  Wish me luck.

This is the yarn that I bought this week.  It's from The Loopy Ewe and all 3 hanks (colorway: Mauve, Lichen, Caribou Creek) are by Cherry Tree Hill.
