Gelsomina is currently on a time out until I decide how I want to finish the neckline. I am to the point where I need to knit the shoulder portions only, and either bind off the middle stitches or put them on a holder. The instructions are a little confusing. I need to decide which way I want to do it.
Since my 4th Quarter Challenge yarn arrived last week, I decide to cast on the Fall Line Scarf while I mull over my options for Gelsomina. This pattern is nothing exciting, but great for knitting and watching TV. If I would knit this again, I would use a lighter weight yarn because it seems a little bulky. Since the challenge required worsted or bulky weight yarn, I'm gonna keep going. There are 3.5 repeats done here. I'm going to knit until I run out of yarn because I like longer scarves.

Your sweater top is just gorgeous. I love the trellis down the middle. (Is that what you would call it?) Your scarf is lovely, too. Love the colors of your yarn.
I love the texture of your scarf - it looks like it will be very cuddly and warm this winter :*) Your sweater is going to be amazing! The design is stunning and your yarn is a very lovely color.

Nice scarf! I hope your sweater gets out of timeout soon; it's really pretty.
